10 Things Only Inbetweeners Fans Understand

9. The Pussay Patrol Are The British T Birds

No, we€™re not talking about the sterling ongoing work of Britain€™s cat charities, rather Jay€™s insistence that four slightly underwhelming lads roaming the streets in a vintage yellow Fiat Cinquecento somehow constitutes an army of studs whom women will faint with desire at the sight of. That or his Mum€™s borrowed Nissan Micra.

Despite spending countless hours driving aimlessly around suburban streets, blasting out rap music and arguing about whether it's illegal to drive with a provisional license, the Pussay Patrol's grand total of female conquests stands at nil. Proof, if any were needed, that four wheels and an engine don't automatically make women incapable of enforcing their moral boundaries.

Undeterred, the ever-optimistic lads ditched the car and transformed themselves into a uniformed Pussay Patrol, pink T shirts intact, for their fabled trip to Malia a year later. Kind of a tragic, suburban British version of the T Birds, the Inbetweeners now have the ignominy of being the least cool gang in cinematic history.
