If you have watched the All or Nothing Manchester City series you will have seen how much tactical detail Pep Guardiola goes into. Throughout that series we saw the tiny details that Pep installs into his side even in the middle of games. All or Nothing Tottenham Hotspurs shows a very different style of manager.

There are rumours that Jose specifically asked for his tactical talks not to be shown in the series, but even if that was the case it highlights how motivation plays such a huge part in his managing as well.

Throughout All or Nothing you see lots of one on one interaction between Jose and his individual players but it is almost never tactical. From his previous managerial posts he is known for his motivation, such as at Chelsea where he developed fantastic relations with players to help get the best out of them.

There is no doubt that he is a very tactical astute manager, one of the best in fact, but All of Nothing shows how good a motivator he is as well. While he has a history of falling out with players those who fit his mould will always be on to a winner.
