One of Ritter's leading roles in film came with the 2012 movie Vamps, about two socialite vampires living in New York. The film may not be particularly well-known, following a limited release, but it was something of a dream come true for the actress, as she got to co-star in it with Alicia Silverstone.

Of course, Silverstone is best known to most for her role in 90s coming-of-age comedy Clueless, of which Ritter is a big fan (because, well, who isn't?!). She fangirled out when talking about working with Cher:

"I've watched Clueless as many times as humanly possible. Like, I would run home from school to watch it. Like, I can quote it backwards. So when I got to do Vamps with Alicia Silverstone, it was the coolest thing to do a movie with her and become friends with her. "I always wanted one of those closets like her character had, where you can figure out your outfits? The skirts with thigh highs? And now I have her in my phone. How cool is that?" As if!
