9. Bad Wolf/Parting Of The Ways - The Daleks' Plan
To be fair to the Doctor Who writers, this one began as a good idea. As the smoke filled the room, and the noxious air filled their lungs, inspiration struck: The Daleks plan is to collect an army of humans to convert them into Daleks - and in order to make sure they get the best Daleks, they choose the most racially pure, genocidal humans possible. But who in that writers room, when the question arose about how the Daleks collected these humans, decided that robot Anne Robinson was the best way that these scientifically advanced pepper-pots could abduct humans? Doctor Who fans can only speculate on how long the writers laughed when they finally stumbled upon the Anne Droid pun. And really, while there may be people that dislike Big Brother, it is unlike that the contestants are ever going to come first in the Worlds Biggest Racist competition, and probably arent the best people to build a fleet of killer cyborgs out of.
