10 Times TV Heroes Became The Bad Guy In Their Own Show

1. Bojack Horseman - Bojack Horseman

Bojack Horseman is about accepting faults and embracing ways to better ourselves, and throughout the run of the stellar Netflix series, we see the protagonist encounter various types of corruptible behaviour.

There are plenty of times dating all the way back to when Bojack was a teenager that could indicate when he was a bad guy. But the first incident on screen is what catches us off guard the most. After fleeing Los Angeles, Bojack settles in the driveway of old friend Charlotte and through sitcom-based hi-jinks, he ends up taking her daughter Penny to the prom.

What happens afterward is a disturbing sequence in which, after failing to seduce Charlotte, Bojack settles for the daughter instead.

Yes! They don't do anything, but that is only because Charlotte walks in before any clothes can come off. The fact that Bojack nearly had sex with a teenager is disturbing enough, but Bojack's internal justification for "nearly" doing it paints a worse picture.

The incident plays on Bojack's mind for the rest of the series, and he questions whether or not he would have gone through with the act. The fact that he doubts himself, implies that he probably would have if Charlotte hadn't stopped him.

I overthink a lot of things. Will talk about pretty much anything for a great length of time. I'm obsessed with General Slocum from the 2002 Spider-Man film. I have questions that were never answered in that entire trilogy!
