10 Times TV Heroes Became The Bad Guy In Their Own Show

4. Mohinder Suresh - Heroes

In a show where everyday people discover they have superhuman abilities, it was interesting when non-powerful characters play major roles too.

The elusive Noah Bennett always took home the prize for being the most interesting character on Heroes, but when it came to genetic scientist Mohinder Suresh, his position as a key player wasn't something to take lightly.

Mohinder was ultimately a good guy trying to work out the phenomenon of super-powered beings, but Mohinder's character arc took a strange turn in Volume 3 of Heroes; subtitled "Villains". After cracking the genetic code that would give humans super powers, Mohinder tries the formula on himself with significant repercussions.

Mohinder obtains superhuman reflexes and senses; likening him to Spider-Man of some sorts. However, things take a strange turn when his powers mutate and Mohinder turns into a bug-like creature hell bent on entrapping and cuckooning people who upset him.

This narrative goes down the mad-scientist route as Mohinder attempts to find a cure for his mutation. He goes so far as to join Volume 3 baddie Arthur Petrelli in an effort to harness the super-power gene. Mohinder's psychosis and mutations are eventually cured but we shouldn't forget his stint as ravaging a Norman Osborn.

I overthink a lot of things. Will talk about pretty much anything for a great length of time. I'm obsessed with General Slocum from the 2002 Spider-Man film. I have questions that were never answered in that entire trilogy!
