10 Times War Broke Out Within The Doctor Who Fandom

1. After Every Episode Ever

There really is no other catalyst for inner Doctor Who fandom discrepancies that would be worthy to take the top spot on this list. While there are developments and controversies that result in a heightened reaction within the show's community, a war in some shape or form breaks out after the broadcast of each and every episode. In fact, there are some episodes that are written off before they've aired and usually fans are arguing about storylines that are yet to even happen. Most of the time they're rumours, too, which makes the whole thing even more silly. Whether it's a guest star, a narrative development or the fact the TARDIS doesn't look as blue as it normally does, there's always something in every new Doctor Who episode that manages to create a stir. It's got to the point where you're sort of expecting some sort of backlash every Saturday so if an episode doesn't enthral and enrage its viewers in equal measure, the writers are doing something wrong. That's one of the unique things about Doctor Who. Whether you're talking about it in a positive or negative away, you're still talking about it which shows that you care. Every Doctor Who fan cares - probably a bit too much, actually - which is why they're always so quick to defend and debate the ongoing escapades of their beloved Time Lord. One thing is for sure, though, every single one of them will be there in front of their TVs to tune in for his next adventure. Just try and avoid some corners of the internet when it's finished!
