10 TV Characters Who Will Be Killed Off In 2020

4. Kim Wexler - Better Call Saul

For Better Call Saul, the Breaking Bad spin-off has proved to be one of the most popular shows of the past few years. The only mild issue that the series has, of course, is that its narrative is always going to be affected in certain ways by what we ultimately know will play out further down the line in the iconic Breaking Bad.

That's not to say that Better Call Saul hasn't provided an engaging, jaw-dropping TV show that has had audiences on the edge of their seats since the prequel series debuted in 2015. But one question many fans have, is just what is the ultimate fate of Kim Wexler?

As Bob Odenkirk's Jimmy McGill edges ever closer to going 100% Saul Goodman, for that transformation to be complete it seems as if Rhea Seehorn's Kim has to disappear. And in the grander world of the Breaking Bad universe, we all know that 'disappear' usually involves a body bag.

For Kim Wexler not to even be referenced in Breaking Bad, let alone seen, the most likely option seems that Better Call Saul simply has to kill this character off. With a fifth season of the show premiering this February, the full emergence of the Saul Goodman character can only properly take place with Kim out of the picture - and that means that 2020 could well see the end of a character who has so often served as the emotional backbone of Better Call Saul.
