9. Artie (Glee)
One of the Glee originals, Artie has certainly been through the ringer during his time on Glee. Based on what we know, hes had two major girlfriends: Tina and Brittany. But its never plain sailing with Artie. Hes awfully sexist and incredibly blunt with girls. Its a miracle he was even able to hold down a girlfriend based on how poorly he treats them. With Tina, he neglected and mistreated her, favouring Halo marathons over a bit of TLC. And then with Brittany, he became jealous of her spending too much time and getting pretty intimate with her best friend, Santana, and as a result called her stupid, up until that point being the only person who never called Brittany stupid. Artie has a weird sense of self assurance, believing himself never to be in the wrong, which comes back to bite him. Arties main storylines involve a girl in one way or another, but based on his previous experience, hes not ready for a girlfriend. He doesnt understand what it is to be in a relationship and abuses them for the sake of his popularity.
