3. Frozen Jason Bateman - Ozark
Well, it doesn't get much weirder than this.
You technically can't call this a mistake as such, but it is an incredibly odd - and oddly hilarious - attempt to smooth over what was presumably an issue during shooting.
In the first episode of the fourth and final season of Ozark, Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy (Laura Linney) meet with Darlene (Lisa Emery), and during the mid-shot of Marty and Wendy sat at a poker table, Marty appears to be robotically locked in a wide-eyed gaze.
Seriously, he's frozen stiff and doesn't move at all, indicating that the left-hand side of the frame has been paused, presumably due to some sort of production problem during filming. Perhaps the director decided to combine two takes into one yet didn't have any usable moving footage of Jason Bateman, and so just... used a screengrab instead? How bizarre.
