7. Legion Of Super-Heroes
After years of fans asking for them, the Legion of Super-Heroes have finally arrived in the Arrowverse this year - via their appearance in Supergirl season 3. However, while it's nice to see the team being introduced, Supergirl is only really paying lip service to the Legion from the comics so far. The only members - other than Mon-El - we have met are Saturn Girl and Brainiac-5.
A TV show dedicated to the Legion, then, would be the perfect place to really explore the full extent of the team. They are one of the oldest super-groups in DC comics so there is no shortage of characters and storylines to draw inspiration from. In particular, the teenage Superman is often connected with the group so a young Clark Kent could maybe turn up from time to time.
That said, perhaps a Legion show would be better off breaking away from the Arrowverse ala DC's upcoming Titans and work with a fresh slate. That way it can avoid competition with the superficially-similar Legends of Tomorrow.
