Even before all this, we'd get insight into adapting one of the greatest fictional stories in recent memory, the work that went into making the likes of the Battle of the Blackwater and the Battle of the Bastards a reality, and even something like the casting process, knowing that Maisie Williams at just 11 years old would have to play a deadly assassin ten years down the road.
After the way it ended, Thrones has left a sour taste in the mouths of its fans, however, for seven seasons, it was one of the best shows ever produced. A rewatch podcast might just rekindle fans' love for the series, and maybe even increase the hype for the planned spin-off, The House of the Dragon.
Whether Benioff and Weiss would agree to host, possibly Kit Harrington and Emilia Clarke, or even a more random, yet just as wonderful combination like Peter Dinklage and Jason Momoa, this is something that we all need.
