10 TV Universes That Make No Sense

5. American Horror Story

The universe of American Horror Story is a huge, overlapping, expansive one. Because of this, things have gotten a little bit confusing; not that Ryan Murphy cares.

If you are one of the 2% of the world that doesn't know what American Horror Story is, let me explain. The show is an anthology series where each season follows a completely different set of characters in a completely different horrifying situation, but all the stories happen in the same universe.

AHS is also known for its way of recasting the same actors in different roles every season.

At first, this concept was quite easy to follow, the seasons didn't explicitly interweave and it was easy to believe the same actors as different characters because of their amazing performances. But when the show creators started seemingly running out of ideas and recycling characters and storylines by integrating them into newer seasons, things got a bit messy.

Suddenly characters that looked like twins were meeting and making no comment to their likeness, other characters were running into strangers that looked exactly like their friends and family and no one seemed to ever realise!

Lily thought it was about time she wrote Top Ten lists for people other than herself. She also owes her dog a lot of money so she thought it was about time to pay her dues. There is no tv show she likes that she hasn't seen at least twice.
