10 Ways Breaking Bad Could Continue

1. TV Continuation From "Felina"

On the other hand, maybe a new TV series is simply the only way to go. Before the controversial ending of Showtime's Dexter, there were rumors of Michael C. Hall reprising the role in a series that would put him in a Hannibal Lecter-type role, working with law enforcement to help profile other serial killers. It was an intriguing concept, though the steam for that appears to have died off. A similar approach with Breaking Bad could be excellent, casting Cranston in a limited role that would see him appear during prison scenes. Meanwhile, the show deals with the ultimate aftermath of Heisenberg's chaotic rule over the ABQ drug scene, and how the public is dealing with it, and more importantly, how his family is dealing with it, allowing you to bring back everybody who is still kicking for another go-around. Betsy Brandt's Marie certainly has a lot of character to develop with Hank's death during season five's "Ozymandias", as well as helping to raise her niece Holly and help her nephew Flynn to cope. Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman would also be one to watch, as its likely that dubious circumstances would lead him right back into the heart of ABQ and whatever criminal activities might be going on in Heisenberg's wake. By keeping Cranston in a limited capacity, yet beefing up all the other characters, you'd create a very unique contrast to the original series and allow these great actors to continue seeing where the next bloody chapter might take them. But there's more than one way to skin a cat, so how would you like to see Breaking Bad continue? Hit the comments and let us know the best way to bring Walter White and the gang back to TV!
