7. Joffrey Baratheon - Game of Thrones While it may be good to be king, Joffery Baratheon is certainly not the best option for Westeros' Iron Throne. Whiny and intensely rash with his decisions, Joffrey affects a very Veruca Salt attitude to everything; he wants it and he wants it now. However, if he wants it and can not have it, then he wants it dead. The result of an incestuous partnership between his mother and her brother, Joffrey takes delight in destroying the lives of those around him and whining in the process. He finds Ned Stark's daughter Sensa beautiful, and decides that he must have her. Ned Stark is killed when Joffrey decides to have him executed for treason, despite the advice of both his mother and counsel. Joffey takes great delight in tormenting Sansa and forcing his subjects into duels.
