10 Worst CGI Moments In The Arrowverse

1. DC's Legends Of Tomorrow - Captain Nazi

Legends of Tomorrow is arguably the most ambitious of the Arrowverse shows (hey, travelling through time will do that for you!). A lot of the time it pulls that ambitiousness off in a practical manner, using clothes, vehicles and set redesigns to recreate the look of a particular time period.

And then there's times like this when they just throw caution to the wind and create a hulking CGI monster because why the hell not, right?

While this paid off in instances like the unforgettable Beebo vs. Mallus fight, it was much less successful in the opening of Season 2 when Captain Nazi was introduced.

The result of a serum that turned Baron Kreiger into a giant musclebound, well, hulk, the character's look left a lot to be desired. The rendering gave the monstrous Kreiger a soft and shiny look that made him look far less realistic, but that wouldn't have been so bad if the animation wasn't so off.

Bouncing around in an awkward stilted fashion, Captain Nazi mowed through people without even touching them and the fact that this strange, strange creature even managed to undercut a show as tongue-in-cheek as Legends really does say it all.
