Joffrey Baratheon is the Maegor reincarnate. While Joffrey didn't have easy-access to a dragon, you know he'd happily undergo torching his entire city just for a spot of entertainment, and he would always use nearby tools to wreak havoc on people close to him, with his monstrous crossbow being put to extremely cruel use. Although he wasn't directly responsible for the deaths of as many as Maegor, Joffrey's sheer disregard for the common people showed the exact same kind of evil. He was a maniac child boosted to a position of power that he simply couldn't handle. He had zero interest in maintaining the realm, he just wanted to bring death and pain as a display of power. He was a useless king, he was an illegitimate king, and he would've only gone on to become an even more powerful, horrifying leader if he'd survived longer than his Wedding Day.
