6. Frank Reynolds - It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia
There's a reason why Dennis and Dee Reynolds are basically sociopaths who have no interests beyond obtaining immediate gratification and don't care who they hurt to get it. And while some of the blame has to go to their wealthy, snobbish mother, Frank definitely carries more of the responsibility for how they turned out. After all, he's the guy who used to buy really nice Christmas presents that he knew they wanted and then keep them for himself, just to see them suffer. He demeans Dee, frequently commenting negatively on her looks and how poorly she's aging, but he still uses her when it suits him -- the time that he trained her to be a boxer so that she could fight the daughter of his nemesis comes to mind. At one point, he convinces her to pretend to be his fiancee, leading the two to come perilously close to having sex. The relationship between the three of them is marked by either indifference or open hostility, and Frank doesn't exactly go out of his way to hide the fact that he prefers Mac and especially Charlie to his own children.
