10 Worst Things Sterling Archer Has Ever Done
4. Taking Woodhouse's Place On A Holiday To Vegas
Alas, poor Woodhouse. The former RAF member turned Valet is essentially Archer's long standing, long suffering, heroin shooting punching bag. He has suffered the loss of his old comrades, is constantly chastised by both Sterling and Malory, and has also, from what we can gather, been made to eat a lot of spider-webs as punishment for various mistakes.
Woodhouse essentially raised Archer, because for most of his childhood, his mother was off on covert missions because "Guatemala's democratically elected government wasn't going to overthrow itself". So, you'd think, after all that Woodhouse has done for him, Archer would allow him to go on the holiday of a lifetime to Las Vegas with his brother Dicky, but you'd be wrong. No, Archer stopped Woodhouse from going on the holiday he and his brother had been saving for over the years, and what is worse, not only did he stop him, he took his place.
Sterling and Dicky then proceeded to have an absolute blast in Vegas that sees them get a huge suite in one of the major hotels, shooting craps, eating lobster dinners, and participating in a magic show. All those great experiences that Woodhouse should have just ripped away without a second thought. Admittedly they do both get arrested for indecent exposure at the end, but they escape with very little hassle. Indeed, when they are arrested, Archer gives the police Cyril's name as his own, making this entry two terrible acts for the price of one.
