10 Worst TV Shows Of 2018 (So Far)
9. LA To Vegas
Dylan McDermott shines in this otherwise aggressively mediocre Fox sitcom about the booze-swilling pilot (McDermott) of a budget airline, his colourful flight crew and the passengers they routinely fly from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
Though not an inherently bad set-up for a show - given the ability for the flights to introduce a revolving door of one-off guest stars - LA to Vegas suffers from a wildly uneven tone, and worse than anything, a distinct lack of uproarious laughs.
Perhaps nothing is more infuriating, however, than squandering the talents of the terrific Peter Stormare in a supporting role, who clearly deserves better.
By the end of its 15-episode first season, the ratings had halved and Fox cancelled it a few weeks after the season finished airing. Thank God.
