11 Awesome TV Characters That Keep Getting Unfairly Sidelined

2. Sansa Stark - Game Of Thrones

In the first season, Sansa became betrothed to the cruel and cold Joffrey Baratheon, who later ordered for her father Eddard Stark to be executed. Her character has been set up as one who is down the path of self-discovery as a woman in a brutal world where everybody is fighting for control, and it was only in season two where she really began to shake off her 'little girl' persona. Her character has the potential to become a real player in the game of thrones itself, and though the writers have done well in making her the strong woman that she has become, she definitely needs more screen-time and thus more addressing of her as a developing character.
