9 Game Of Thrones Actors Who Were Also In Harry Potter

5. Edward Tudor-Pole

Edward Tudor-Pole may seem like an unlikely candidate for appearing in two huge series, when you consider what he is best known for. He rose to prominence in the 70s as the frontman of punk band Tentpole Tudor, although it was his appearance as a potential replacement for Johnny Rotten in the film The Great Rock'n'Roll Swindle that was his major breakthrough.

If it isn't his musical career you recognise him from, then it's probably his stint hosting The Crystal Maze, replacing Richard O'Brien in 1993. He made a brief cameo in the episode The Ghost of Harrenhal, playing a protestor on the streets. His role in Harry Potter would've been slightly bigger, if not for the fact that it was ultimately cut from the film.

The deleted scenes are on the DVD, and show Tudor-Pole as Mr Borgin, one of the co-owners of Borgin and Burkes, the dark magic shop on Knockturn Alley. One scene showed him taking a coin from a stack when Lucius Malfoy wasn't looking, and another was him actually spotting Harry in his shop.
