11. Ilona Costa Bianchi
Ilona Costa Bianchi was the CEO of the Roman Branch of Wolfram and Hart, who Angel and Spike encountered when they visited Italy in the Angel season five episode "The Girl In Question" to supposedly save Buffy from their long-time enemy, The Immortal, who she was said to be dating. Despite the fact that she worked for the evil law firm, Ilona seemed to be quite welcoming and friendly, even to Angel and Spike, although she seemed slightly disappointed that she wasn't talking to Angelus. Like Angel and Spike, she appeared to be a vampire (since she claimed not to have a breath after saying to Spike that he was so handsome he took her breath away). She clearly had a great dislike for Gypsies as, every time they are mentioned, she spits and declares "let us never speak of them again!" The ironic fact there was that it was only her who ever mentioned them. She claimed to have met the Immortal many times and recalls having had "satisfactory" dealings with him. An eccentric character, she was beautiful with ample assets that the vampire duo couldn't help but look at, but she was clearly very dangerous - given that she was a vampire.
