4. They Called The Cops On A Georgia Resident

This article has already discussed what happens when residents get involved with filming (and SWAT teams follow). But, this little tale is far more of an exercise in direct rivalry.

Filming a giant show like TWD will obviously interrupt residents' lives, as restrictions on when they can go to and from their homes need to be applied - not to mention random explosions. This is why Senoia, Georgia, home owners were given a supplement of roughly $400 a month when the series landed on their quaint little town to film locations like Woodbury, Hilltop Colony, and Alexandria. But, for one man, that meant precious little.

Fred Morris was a Senoia resident whose home stood right behind the Alexandria wall. One day, he decided to give his bushes a trim, leading to issues with filming. When asked to stop, he said, "You just carry your happy butt right behind the wall. That's where you do your stuff. This is my home."

You'd think trimming your shrubbery wouldn't land you a visit from the fuzz, but in this case, it did, as Morris received a knock on his door from the cops. It's fair to say that he probably skipped TWD when it appeared on his TV.
