4. Leslie's Triplets Foreshadowing

Leslie has been on plenty of terrible dates in her unlucky romantic career, but perhaps the worst was with MRI technologist, Chris. Not only was he a total arrogant douchebag (played to perfection by the always great Will Arnett), but the date included him giving Leslie a free medical scan.

The scene in question is pretty hilarious, ending with Chris commenting on his date's impressive physical health, and delivering a gag that would come back into play seasons further down the line. He comments: "You've got a great oven. Honestly, if you wanted to, you could go triplets right off the bat, Leslie"

It's supposed to highlight just how weird this guy actually is, but low and behold, four seasons later his lines seem prophetic, as Leslie does indeed get pregnant on her first try, and it's with triplets.
