12 Things That Make No Sense In BoJack Horseman
1. The Nurse Drugged Hollyhock
Hollyhock, the second daughter figure to overdose because of Bojack, wasn't actually hurt by him. Because it was his mom this time who was at fault for the overdose. In her dementia twisted desire to make the young horse thin, like how she was taught as a child, Beatrice makes Hollyhock coffee and secretly puts in Fat B Gone pills every morning while they lived together in Bojack's house. The father-daughter pair weren't able to notice what was going on until it was too late.
But there was another person living in the house who should have noticed, and that was the nurse assigned to looking over Beatrice. She essentially lived with everyone and should have been there to watch the old horse make coffee since she had been shown attempting to cook food before and accidentally burning it. The bear was there for that instance, so why wasn't she there to make sure she didn't get hurt making coffee, where the growling nurse surely would have noticed that there were drugs being added in.
Instead, she seemed complete unobservant of the poisoning of Hollyhock, allowing Bojack to lose the one good thing he had going for him.
