12 Worst Things That Ever Happened To BoJack Horseman
2. Getting Sued By Xerox
While the first of BoJack’s interviews with Biscuits Braxby made him a hero in the eyes of the Hollywoo community, the second sent his life drastically in the opposite direction. He was now widely accepted as being at fault for Sarah-Lynn’s death, and was hated by everyone.
His career was over, he had to face the guilt of what he had done, and he settled with Sarah-Lynn’s family for damages of five million dollars. However, arguably the worst thing to come of this for BoJack personally was a lawsuit from Xerox.
In his interview, BoJack referenced feeling like a shadow of himself. Fainter than before. The language he used was that he felt like a Xerox of a Xerox, something that the good people of Xerox didn’t take too kindly to. The death of a young woman cost him five million dollars, but using a brand name without permission cost him 100 million dollars, plus his house.
This left him homeless, broke, and more depressed than ever before. When he was drunk, he forgot that he was homeless, and broke into his old house to watch copies of 'Horsin’ Around'. This is what landed him in prison, and his B and E swimming is what nearly killed him.
