15 Actors You Won't Believe Are In Twin Peaks Season 3

Ashley Judd was no doubt an "It" girl in the 1990s, though the 2000s saw her career wind down with a number of questionable projects, and today she's mostly the talented actress who lands supporting parts in mediocre fare where she's criminally wasted (Olympus Has Fallen, Divergent).

Considering her undeniable acting talent, though, it'll be such a relief to see her working with Lynch rather than snagging the easy payday on another YA movie franchise.

Who Will She Play?: It's been rumoured that Lynch will be bringing back the TV-show-within-a-TV-show from the original series, Invitation to Love, and it would certainly go a way to explaining how he would be able to cram 217 actors into one series.

Considering that Invitation to Love was originally a satire of melodramatic soap operas and of Twin Peaks' own inherent absurdity itself, Judd would fit snugly as a doting period housewife, femme fatale or something to that effect.
