Holly Jervis, an unassuming holiday camp singer aiming to make the big time, came to The X Factor wanting to surprise people- and surprise people she did, though not quite in the way she wanted. The sound of her voice, which she described as "big" and "powerful," was downright unnatural, and her mouth, as Simon aptly put it, was nothing short of cave-like, prompting shocked stares and less-than-stellar commentary from the judges. Though she gave it her all and kept her cool even whilst being critiqued, Holly's memorable audition ended up nearly parodying itself, resulting in a complete and utter trainwreck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0j-FopmOf4
7. Zoe Alexander
Nope, that's not Pink- it's Zoe Alexander, a Pink tribute performer who came to the X Factor wanting to find her own identity. Unfortunately, what she found was complete catastrophe. When the judges questioned her original choice of song and went on to reject her after a second chance, Zoe had a downright temper tantrum, first blaming the judges for her failure and then going on to hurl her microphone across the stage, shout abuse at the judges and audience, assault a crew member, and damage the programme's set. It seems her first audition song, Pink's "So What?," spoke the truth: Zoe was destined to start a fight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjQwLOA-hBs
