Title Reference: Leonard's halloween costume, Frodo Baggins, from Lord of the Rings. This episode involves the gang going to a halloween party at Penny's apartment. They all dress in outfits: Leonard as Frodo, Howard as Robin Hood, Raj as Thor (the Norse God, not the Marvel character) and Sheldon as the Doppler Effect. The gang don't fit in with Penny's group of friends and so what ensues is a sequence of hilarious and awkward encounters. The episode includes a touching moment between Leonard and Penny in his apartment and ends with Raj waking up in bed with a random girl from the party proving he's not as bad with the ladies as he thinks.
Best Moment: Leonard and Sheldon standing up to Kurt: "Homo habillis discovering his opposable thumbs, says what?".
