Featuring a brilliant guest spot from Ryan Reynolds, My Dream Job sees JD and Turk hang out with their old college pal Spence and question their career choices. Also, adding insult to injury, Spence accidentally reveals the secret that Dr Cox is the father of Jordan's newborn baby. Meanwhile, Elliot butts heads with Kelso.

There are a lot of plot threads running through My Dream Job, the funniest of which features the Elliot/Kelso dynamic and the most affecting of which sees Cox deal with his role as a father. But the best of them all is JD and Turk's arc with Spence, during which the two doctors take out their work frustrations on their old friend and realise their job isn't easy, but they're helping people and that's what counts.

Also, Cox punches Kelso, and it's brilliant.
