https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZp1aCR3K1c Dick Wolf, under the pseudonym Drew Goddard, expands his popular Law & Order franchise with a character who can actually appear as a protagonist in both the "law enforcement" and "courtroom drama" segments of the show. There's an earlier version of this idea for the Ben Affleck 2003 Daredevil movie too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ybPPD6l1T4 The Netflix one's predictably better-looking, although the Affleck one's a little more over the top with the cheese. Well, they're both playing to the strengths of their source material.
