Appeared in: Season 2, Episode 19 - "Belonging" Sometimes you get the creeps for all the wrong reasons. The Drokken was one of those. It's not that the Drokken (a species of demon from the alternate dimension Pylea) was particularly frightening or gross. It's more that he was played up as this super-fierce foe that only the warriors of Pylea could dispatch (and only the best of them, rarely), yet looked like a an over-grown puppy dog that was short just a few marbles. And had the mange. Seriously, watching Angel Investigations do battle with Snoopy's mutated younger brother was creepy for all the wrong reasons. Angel killed the beast, but it looked more like it wanted to play fetch at times, and you sort of wanted him to just get a big crate and housebreak him. It's around this time that Angel started to move away from man-in-suit bad guys and get a little darker and more original, which was a very good thing indeed.
