6. Man With A Plan

"A contractor, whose wife goes back to work, starts spending more time with his kids and discovers the truth every parent realises: his little angels are maniacs." That's the synopsis for Man With a Plan, and yes, it does sound like the sort of sitcom that would be routinely cancelled after 13 episodes.

In actuality, however, there's reason to believe this does have potential. Matt LeBlanc, coming off the back of some very good work in Episodes, is more like a continued version of Joey here than he was in Joey, while legendary sitcom director James Burrows directed the pilot. There are a few laughs to be had in the trailer, and while this won't be a Friends, it does like like it good be solid material for LeBlanc to work with (although unfortunately Jenna Fischer won't be in it, after leaving the project, with Jessica Chaffin replacing her).
