9. He Didn't Hide His Emotions
A passionate creature, Phil was never afraid to express him emotions, for better or for worse. Although when Will was around, it was usually for worse. But for every infuriated yell of "WILL!", there was also dancing, singing, laughing and loving, and it was these enthusiastically express feelings that made Uncle Phil so extensively likeable.
8. He Was A Great Provider
He graduated from Princeton and Harvard Law School, worked for years as a lawyer and eventually found himself as Superior Court Judge. It was his enviable work ethic that allowed Phil to take his family from a small apartment in the projects to a huge mansion in Bel-Air, rubbing shoulders with the Spellings, Evander Holyfield and even ex-President Ronald Reagan.
7. He Always Had The Right Punishment Up His Sleeve
