The very idea of this episode is hilarious: Lois discovering she has a long lost brother who turns out to have a hatred of fat people so much he actually murders them. It's just a laughably ridiculous plot, featuring plenty of Carter Pewterschmidt (Lois' dad) and a whole lot of completely bizarre sketches, my favourite of all being the horse costume one. There are plenty of in-your-face, offensive jokes about overweight people, which you can expect from Family Guy, and Patrick's imaginary wife and the fact that Lois consistently denies he has any mental problems also bring plenty of laughs. Peter's impression of Jackie Gleeson is also pretty memorable, especially as it actually kicks off Patrick's homicidal rampage. There's also the fact that Peter decides to, instead of actually encouraging weight loss, start a society for fat people. Bizarre, but brilliant.
A super-villain in a world without heroes.
