It's not a particularly eye-catching episode, and it hasn't got the best plot ever. In fact, this episode is in here because, as any comedy show should, it makes you laugh. The intro on the golf course with Cleveland's Nixon mask and Quagmire's overly aggressive behaviour is absolutely hilarious, while Brian helping Stewie tick off his bucket list boasts some fantastic gags as well. And that's before we get into seeing Peter beat the hell out of a 10 year old kid for copying what he says, and then being made to apologise in his typically childish manner afterwards. The Tony the Tiger parody is brilliant, Peter's bullying off his family and friends is cringe inducing, yet hilarious, and there is just simply so many laughs to be had in this episode. A real hidden gem.
