Upcoming actress Zawe Ashton - most famous for her role in comedy series Fresh Meat - appeared in last year's series of Doctor Who in the episode Into The Dalek as the lyrically-named Journey Blue. A soldier fighting in a Human-Dalek War, she was unfortunately turned down a place in the TARDIS due to the Doctor's new found hatred of the military. However, did you know she has also appeared in Sherlock? Well, sort of. In the unaired pilot, Ashton took on the role later played by Vinette Robinson in the series; Sally Donovan, Lestrade's right-hand woman and regular thorn in Sherlock's side.
