Now for Mark II of the character. Most famous for playing probably the (deliberately) least likeable character in Sherlock, in Holmes-hating Scotland Yard sergeant Sally Donovan, Vinette Robinson has also featured in many other British TV shows such as Waterloo Road, Death In Paradise and, hence her appearance on this list, she has also turned up in Doctor Who. In 2007 episode 42, Vinette Robinson can be seen as spaceship doctor Abi Lerner who is burned to ashes by a fellow crewmember after he is possessed by a living sun that the ship has unwittingly began plunging into.
