20 Mind-Blowing Facts You Didn't Know About South Park

10. Blizzard Made A Private Server For The World Of Warcraft Episode

The brilliant video game themed episode Make Love, Not Warcraft takes place entirely over World of Warcraft, and if you ever wondered about the logistics of "filming" over a very popular online game, it turns out the game's creators made it pretty easy.

Blizzard Entertainment, the team that makes World of Warcraft, collaborated with the South Park crew on the episode, which is pretty cool of them considering the whole thing is making fun of World of Warcraft users. Parker and Stone mention in their commentary that they were shocked Blizzard was so supportive and willing to help them, and they actually provided character models for them to work with and allowed them use of a private server.

Oh, and remember how the plot of that episode is that a player is going around killing everyone? Well, supposedly while filming in their "private" server, a player came in and started going around killing random people just for the hell of it. Sometimes life imitates art in the most hilarious ways possible.
