At the start of It's A Trap, Family Guy's parody of Return Of The Jedi, Roger pops up as Death Star commander Moff Jerjerrod, with Darth Vader Stewie drawing attention to the fact that he's there because they'd gone through all their own characters, making way for Ewok Tims and Admiral Ackbar Klaus later on.

But while this is the first time there'd been an American Dad character playing a named supporting role, it wasn't the first time one had appeared. Taking great advantage of the wide range of aliens present in the Mos Eisley Cantina, Blue Harvest features a wide range of sci-fi inflected background easter eggs.
