12. Battersea Power Station
Battersea Power Station has had quite a few different functions within the Whoniverse over the years. Back in 1966 it was being used as a manufacturing site for The War Machines in the serial of the same name and then Ashley Chapel built the Millenium Hall there in 1988 which was later demolished again. During the reign of First Doctor William Hartnell, viewers saw the power station turned into a Nuclear Power Plant in the 22nd century while on a parallel Earth it was used as a hub for the Cybermen to 'upgrade' the population in 2006's Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel two-parter.
