In 2014, a Russian adaptation of the show began airing entitled "It's Always Sunny in Moscow," adapting the same premise from its Philly setting to, you guessed it, Moscow.

The show, which ran for just a single 16-episode season, effectively translated various episodes from the original series more-or-less verbatim, while taking place in a bar named "Philadelphia" (get it?).

Though there are few reviews online for the series, the general consensus seems to be that it's a lazy, pale imitation of the original show - likely hence why its run was so short-lived.
