8. The Bullet Hole
The 14th episode of the show's final season, "Ozymandias" is shock full of homages to the show and foreshadowing for the finale.
In one of these moments, we see Walt approach his car, which has been shot at by a reign of bullets. In the reflection of the car, it looks like Walt has a bullet hole on his head by how the car is dented.
This just foreshadows Walt's eventual death (by a bullet shot, no less) two episodes later.
