8. Barry Zuckerkorn (Arrested Development)
Barry Zuckerkorn is not a great lawyer; he's basically one tiny step above the Simpson's Lionel Hutz. And he's not really a great man either, with his sexual proclivities for man dressed in drag while simultaneously being incredibly homophobic. But while we all got some enjoyment out of the Bluth family's second lawyer Bob Loblaw (who has an incredible Law Blog), he didn't quite match up to Barry. This was, after all, the man who got the family out of a possible bind related to WMD's because he was able to recognize a man's junk on a cell phone picture.
