As for that misheard line, type "Family Guy laugh and cry" into Google and the first auto-complete result that comes up will include "effin' cry" - which is what many viewers often confuse the line for. It was so commonly misheard that the line is actually discussed on the show's DVD commentary, and re-recorded in the third season to make "laugh and cry" more audible.
