Jack and his team are trying to uncover suitcase nukes that have fallen into the hands of terrorist. Abu Fayed (again), the cells leader, has just escaped custody and has returned to his HQ with the aim of taking out downtown Los Angeles. Fortunately, Jack follows Fayed and begins his one man assault on the building. He quietly takes out one terrorist by snapping his neck, before venturing deeper into the compound. Once he finds the terrorists, he opens fire and while the poorly trained gunmen spray their bullets around him, Jack coolly dispatches six of Fayeds men (well, it is Jack) before engaging their leader in one of the most brutal fistfights weve witnessed. Jack throws Fayed against a wall, kicks him in the face and breaks his arm with a wrench before the terrorist gains control of the situation, taking advantage of Jacks already damaged and weakened body from years of Chinese torture (not to mention his earlier spell in Fayeds care). Jack manages to use a chain hanging from the ceiling to counter Fayeds attacks and wraps it around Fayeds arm and his neck. He retrieves the lever connected to the chains and whispers Say hello to your brother (who was an off-screen victim of Jacks) before pressing the button. The chain rises to the ceiling, strangling Fayed while Jack stares back at him, cold and triumphant. CTU agent Doyle turns up with a squad moments after the battle (better late than never, right?) and helps secure the nukes. He then looks at the carnage surrounding him before muttering Damn, Jack. The audiencess sentiments exactly.
