As yet another life lost in the chaos born from Gemma's lies, Jury White's death was the one that finally signaled the point of no return for Jax Teller. Patched over into SAMCRO in season one, Jury only made one further appearance in season six before being tasked in the final season with helping the club in their revenge against Henry Lin. Jury brought in Gib O'Leary and Renny to help out, with Jax -- unaware that Gib was Jury's son -- later setting the two men up to take the fall for the attack only for Jury to discover the bodies and that it was Jax who did it soon after. With the final season's mystery of who the rat was that gave the Chinese the location of the guns limited to only a small handful of suspects, Jax believed it could only be Jury after learning the truth about Gib, driven by his own revenge over his son's death. The two met face-to-face, with Jury admitting his hatred of Jax, insinuating that John Teller knowingly committed suicide and denying that he was the rat before Jax punched him. When Jury attempted to grab his gun, Jax murdered him, setting off another chain of events sparked by a lie -- that Jury had confessed to being the rat -- that truly marked the beginning of the end.
