11. Lindsey
Appeared in: Angel What makes Lindsay great? You mean, aside from an evil hand? Every hero needs his nemesis, and for Angel, it was evil lawyer Lindsey McDonald. A member of hell's own law firm Wolfram & Hart, Lindsey would do just about anything to get ahead in the firm, a good call, given employees who didn't preform for the company were cut - literally. Although Lilah, another fantastic character in her own right, was almost equally as devious, Lindsey was always the one we wanted to see clash with Angel. Played with intensity by Christian Kane, you couldn't wait for him to turn up again. Even when he'd had his fill of Wolfram & Hart, leaving Lilah to take the reigns at the firm, you knew he wasn't about to change his ways - and you didn't want him to. His obsession and jealousy over Angel was something you could feel with almost every line uttered between the two, making him a character you just loved to hate. His last scenes in the finale of Angel wrap the character's story up perfectly, and sum him up to a T as well: "You kill me? A flunky? I'm not just... Angel... kills me."
