When Ray, Paul and Ani are at the coroner's office examining Caspere's body, they learn that in addition to having his eyeballs burned out with acid, Caspere's genital region was also obliterated by a close range 12-gauge shotgun blast. As if the mental imagery wasn't enough, we're also treated to an up-close shot of the bloody stump that remains of Caspere's gonads, as the coroner explains that this happened after the eyes has been burned out, and likely caused the trauma-induced heart attack which finally killed the poor guy.
